Enforcement Expo Heads to Dallas September 29 – October 1

Trade show offers continuing education sessions, exhibits and networking
for all levels of law enforcement

Minneapolis, MN (May 20, 2010) - Enforcement Expo, a leading law enforcement industry trade show produced by Cygnus Expositions, is headed to the Dallas Convention Center this September 29 - October 1. Featuring continuing training classes, exhibits and networking options, Enforcement Expo Dallas will offer three days of on-the-job resources for all law enforcement professionals in the region.

Responding to the demand for high quality, budget-friendly training options, Enforcement Expo Dallas will offer a variety of free classroom sessions and hands-on activities for law enforcement professionals. Sessions are available for TCLEOSE credit, coordination courtesy of conference sponsor TEEX, the Extension Service of Texas A&M University.

"Offering free resources to law enforcement professionals is very important to us when planning the Enforcement Expo events," says Show Manager Bob Luikens. "We know about the budget constraints that all departments are facing and hope that our events will help to fulfill training needs."

Co-located with EMS EXPO and Firehouse Central, the event also includes an exhibit hall with over 450 of the top police, fire and EMS companies. Evaluating new equipment, technology, and services is made easy in Enforcement Expo's exhibit hall, displaying the latest offerings. Attendees can browse the exhibits to gain information for upcoming purchasing decisions and keep up-to-date on industry innovations.

Along with the exhibit hall, the co-location with EMS EXPO and Firehouse Central also presents an opportunity for attendees to take crossover classes from either conference program to enhance their training. Many departments encourage crossover training to improve efficiency and effectiveness in coordinating services.

Highlighting the three day event will be the Lonestar BBQ Party at Eddie Deen's Ranch, located across the street from the Dallas Convention Center. Taking place on September 30 from 6:30 - 11:00pm, the party includes a full BBQ dinner, live music, bull riding, dancing and networking. Tickets are $30 per person and are available when registering for Enforcement Expo Dallas online, at the convention center, or at the party itself.

Enforcement Expo Dallas is hosted by the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County Sheriff's Department. The event is also supported by the Dallas Police Association, Fraternal Order of Police and Texas Gang Investigators Association.
